I went on an all-day visit to The DVSA Driving Academy at Cardington to learn about how Driving Test Examiners are recruited and most importantly how they’re taught to asses faults.
This visit (in addition to sitting in on over 250 of my pupils’ tests) has further improved my ability to mark mock tests and help my pupils understand exactly what an examiner does want to see and does not want to see in a test candidate’s driving.
