If you rely on your car’s automatic headlights, please remember they only work on light levels. On a bright and foggy day they will not come on, so please switch yours on manually. If visibility is reduced to under 100 metres and you can’t easily see the tail lights on the vehicle in front of you then switch on your foglights too.
